End of Mainstream Maintenance of Usability Package versions 3.x on December 31, 2011
Running a fully supported software release for critical business processes is crucial for companies to reduce their maintenance risk and to leverage the advantages of software improvements.
Following End of Mainstream Maintenance of SAP Business One 2007, Boyum IT hereby announces the End of Mainstream Maintenance of:
- B1 Usability Package version 3.X
Boyum IT strongly encourages everyone using these or earlier versions of B1UP to upgrade to the latest version in order to take advantage of the latest innovations and access the latest features. The above mentioned product releases will be out of mainstream maintenance on December 2011. Please feel free to contact your Channel Manager for any queries or any further assistance.

Maintenance Contract Holders:
Customers will get a migration period until December 31, 2011 to move to higher/ supported version of B1UP. During this time Boyum IT will only address the most critical issues. If there is a particular issue in the unsupported version, it will only be addressed in the latest version.
Customers on Maintenance, Who Choose not to Upgrade:
Customers who choose not to upgrade to the current and supported version, will only have their current product version supported up to December 31, 2011. Beyond this date, Boyum IT will no longer support users on above mentioned product versions.
Existing Customers Not on Maintenance, Who Choose to Upgrade:
Customers who choose not to be on maintenance can resume on maintenance, but we will charge 50% of the license fee and maintenance for the unpaid period.
