As 2009 comes to an end, we want to thank you for your continued trust and confidence in Boyum IT. We are grateful for your loyalty and enjoy the relationship we have. We look forward to working with you next year and for many years to come.

Achievements
In year 2009 we have achieved many important milestones. In the spring Boyum IT was awarded "Best Danish SAP Business One SME Partner" and shortly after presented with the 2009 SAP® Business One Global Solution Partner Award for Sales Excellence. The awards from SAP shows the market, that Boyum IT is a complete SAP partner and has the necessary skills to provide outstanding solutions.

In the summer we strengthened our Board with a former global SAP executive as new chairman. Niels Stenfeldt comes with a lot of business experience and together we are preparing a strategy for our future product line and global expansion.

2009 was also the year where Boyum IT was appointed Gazelle Company for the third time and recently we received the highest credit rating - the so-called Triple A Rating (AAA®) which only has been presented to 3,8% of the accountable companies in Denmark. Not the least we can mention our newly opened company in Sacramento, USA in order to serve better our partners and customers in America.

We have released the version 3.6.3.0 of the B1 Usability Package. Today we are present in 30 countries, where our partners are selling the B1UP on a daily basis. In October the B1UP became the first Partner Solution for SAP Business One that qualified for "Advantage Solution" Designation. A program that recognizes top add-on solutions that integrate with SAP Business One and serves a broad cross-section of industries.

We realize that all of our achievements cannot be reached without your support as clients and business relations.

Challenges
2010 will be here before we know it. The economy is turning for the better and things are looking up. Our mission is still clear; to deliver best service and provide solutions which bring value to our partners and customers.

In the early 2010 we will launch new solutions for SAP Business One. Make sure not to miss it! Thanks again for your trust and confidence. May 2010 bring you good health, happiness and success.
