Dear SAP Partner
As you know, we’re all about making things easier for you and your customers, so this year we’ve made it even easier for you to get a clear overview of your B1UP customers and how much you’ll be paying in maintenance.

Simply login to the Partner Portal and it’s all there for you.

We’ll be invoicing for maintenance on December 1st 2010 with a due date of 31st January 2011. Please let us know before December 1st if you have any customers who don’t want to renew.

Please bear in mind that failure to pay will result in the cancellation of maintenance for the customer(s) in question. In order to resume maintenance, we charge 50% of the license fee (base price) and maintenance for the unpaid months.

What do you receive for your maintenance?
With B1 Usability Package you pay a maintenance fee and for this we are only technically obligated to ensure that you can always use the product on the new SAP versions as they are released, but at Boyum IT we think you deserve more for your money..

So that do you receive in return? – Well let’s take what a B1UP customer got for the 2010 Maintenance as an example:

  • Support for the general release of SBO8.8
  • 10 new releases of B1UP during the year
  • 60+ new major/minor features
  • The new Master Data Manager module
  • Free external tools like the SAP Launcher
  • Access to B1 Productivity Package (i.e. B1 Print & Delivery, B1 Document Manager and many more to come)

We wish you all the best for Q4 and we look forward to bringing you new and better functionality in 2011.
