We kindly remind you, that we are about to send the yearly maintenance invoices for the year 2010.
We recommend you to collect maintenance from your own customers at the same time. If for some reason the invoice is not paid, we will have to cancel the maintenance for the customer in question. To resume maintenance, we will charge 50% of the license fee and maintenance for the unpaid months.
The invoice is send to the primary contact person, which we have listed in our systems by email (unless otherwise requested). If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our
accounts department
The payment should be received in full before January the 29th 2010.
