How does it work?
when you start the Remote Service we will ask you to install a programme called chatlnk.exe (See below the foto)
This programme is automatically installed and gives you a little chat programme which allows you and your representative to communicate. At the same time you can share keyboard and mouse with the representative, which gives him the possibility to help you, show you how to start programs etc. At any time you can control your mouse.
What about my personal files?
The representative can share your screen and actually see only what you see. This makes it easy for us to help solve the problem. In some occations it will be necessary to open files etc., but the representative will always ask for your permission. You are in control!
Is it safe to download files on the internet?
